Get Paid While You Train!

Join the team at Baptist Health & Rehab—training is free, and you’ll earn while you learn.

If you meet the caregiver qualifications for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Baptist Health & Rehab covers the cost of CNA training and hires individuals after successful certification. 

What You Need to Know:

• Free Training: No tuition or fees—your course is fully paid.
• Earn While You Learn: You’ll be paid during the training program.
• Work as a CNA: After passing the state certification exam, you can begin working as a CNA at Baptist Health & Rehab. 

Training Details:

• Offered through Bismarck State College
• In-person classes: Monday–Friday, 6:00–10:00 p.m., for approximately 3 weeks
• Most students are ready to take the certification exam within a week of completing the course.

Contract Details:

All participants in this program must sign a 12-month contract. If the new employee’s employment status ends voluntarily or involuntarily before the end of 12 months, that employee is responsible for the remaining months to pay back to Baptist Health & Rehab one-twelfth of the cost of training for each month remaining on the contract. For example, if employment ended after six months, the employee would be required to pay 50% of the training costs.
